Nature of the service
PaieClaire provides payroll and net salary calculators for information and estimation purposes only. Results are estimates based on public 2026 tax parameters and on the assumptions described in the methodology. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice, nor a payroll service.
Accuracy
We apply the official formulas published by the Canada Revenue Agency and the provincial and territorial governments, but we do not guarantee that results will match an actual paycheque or a notice of assessment. Verify any important decision (job offer, salary negotiation) with a professional or against the official tables.
Acceptable use
The service is free for reasonable personal and professional use. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, and do not present it as an official government product.
Intellectual property
The PaieClaire name, texts and site code belong to its operator. Tax parameters come from public government sources.
Changes
Parameters are updated when governments publish new tables, generally every year. These terms may be updated; the online version prevails.
